Debenhams R22 replacement, roll out programme

An example of one of the many Debenhams stores we have carried out installation works for is The Square in Bournemouth. The store was previously equipped with 67 Toshiba individual split systems, split into eight plant areas around the building.

On this project, Controlled Air Solutions worked as a specialised subcontractor to Cofely GDF Suez, re-designing the project utilising Toshiba 2 pipe VRF System’s located in only two plant area’s.

Each floor was de-commissioned and replaced during normal working hours and commissioned before the next floor is de-commissioned for minimum disruption to the store.

Working closely with the project managers and site management, Controlled Air Solutions were able to offer a full turn key solution to cause minimum disruption to the public and staff well being.

The project comprised of 8 No Toshiba VRF 2 pipe systems and 4 No split systems and 1 No Large Triple System.

The was completed on time, on budget and inline with Debenham’s R22 replacement roll out programme requirements.
