Controlled Air Solutions – Projects Division

All of our work is covered by full ‘Professional Indemnity’ Insurance. Implementation of the agreed design by our Projects department and Installation teams will be followed through to commissioning, handover and if required, ongoing planned maintenance.

Installation

Controlled Air Solutions and its directors have been involved with the UK air conditioning market for over 30 years and have built up a vast amount of experience in the design, installation and servicing of all types of comfort and close-control air conditioning systems. We use the latest design tools to produce highly effective, energy efficient air conditioning solutions.

Our vast experience of designing and installing systems in many different sectors has provided us with the knowledge to design a solution for most proposed projects. We have the skills to provide you with a full design facility, whilst we are equally comfortable implementing an existing design if you have already employed your own specialist.

Independent Solutions

Whilst being accredited by all the major air conditioning equipment manufacturers to install commission and service their systems we are not tied to any particular equipment manufacturer. We will always offer independent advice and put forward the best combined technical and financial solution for your particular situation and requirements.

Design & Build

We are involved with all types of air conditioning systems including VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), chilled water, split systems, close control and under-floor air conditioning and have the expertise to design, install and maintain all of these projects. We have long provided a design and build service for many blue chip and national retail clients.

Our in-house design resource incorporates the technical skills of experienced personnel with the latest software systems making us an ideal partner for design & build projects.

We can provide in depth designs for all aspects of mechanical and electrical building services taking full account of the Building Regulations, British Standards, BCO guidelines and CDM Regulations etc.

We optimise all of our designs for maximum energy efficiency. We are ideally placed in today’s environmentally conscious world to play a full part in minimising the carbon emissions and hence running costs of each system proposed.

Design & Build

Increasingly, our larger clients are choosing to issue their requirements to us in the form of a design brief, rather than as a fully pre-designed job. We then develop a full design using the skills and experience we have amassed over the past 30 years. Commonly referred to as a Design & Build or D&B.

Mechanical & Electrical

We offer full mechanical and electrical packages, when required. We are able to act as principle M&E contractor for varying types of project, from office fit-outs to refurbishment or replacement of mechanical and electrical services in office, schools, hospitals etc.
